Immediate Customer Service Needs!
Our company is looking for a full-time Customer Service and Order Entry Associate! Please see a description of the role below. If you do not have all the required skills, we are willing to provide training.
We are looking for someone to start immediately in the Baltimore County Area!

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Quoting orders.
  • Processing orders.
  • Data Entry.
  • Monitoring order processes.
  • Material purchasing for order fulfillment.
  • Providing top notch customer service.
Qualification for this position:
  • Must be able to multitask.
  • Show confidence.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • 1-3 years customer service experience preferred.
  • Computer skills with MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Professional demeanor and energetic phone voice.
