Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls for updates from key clients.
- Provide shipment information, create orders, and activate shipments
- Confirm information and inventory drops are completed as planned.
- Update systems with accurate status and locations of trucks and drivers.
- Provide shipment info completely and accurately.
- Assist in maintaining and adapting customer specific procedure requests.
- Problem solving to find solutions for client concerns that are needed.
- Follow through to trouble shoot shipments/deliveries until client satisfaction is met.
Requirements:- High School Diploma at Minimum
- Must live in Minnesota (NO OUT OF STATE APPLICANTS)
- 2+ Years of in office work experience/or Customer Service Experience preferred (not required though)
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be able to work in a deadline driven environment and have good time management skills
Additional Details:- Pay: $20.00-21.00 per hour
- Hybrid Position located in Eden Prairie MN
- Schedules: Monday-Friday 3 days in office & 2 days WFH
