Job Description
Position Title: Customer Service Representative
- The Customer Service Department is to assist customers with repair needs. This individual is responsible to lead the customer through the repair process - collecting details about repair needs and arranging for a service call visit onsite. The role of the Customer Service Staff is a critical part of our company and must be handled with professionalism.
Job Duties:- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Assemble repair information and create repair documentation for technicians
- Handle (10-15) inbound calls daily
- Prepare material needs and ordering materials as needed
- Follow-up with customers upon completion of service visits
- Document details of customer service visits
- Collect outstanding balances or general balances due
Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent phone skills
- Any prior experience working within Excel, Google Sheets, and Salesforce
- Clear communicator with good follow-through patience
- Good Problem Solver
Additional Information: - Pay range: $20-$24/hr
- Schedule: Monday - Friday / 8:00 am - 4:00 pm or 7:30 am - 3:30 pm
- Location: 100% in office - St. Louis Park, MN
