Verifying customer purchase orders to ensure all details are correct
Create Purchase Order tracking for all new orders and update according to client requests
Updating and reviewing Product presentations once jobs are confirmed
Work with internal teams such as planning/purchasing on reviewing invoices to make sure accurate before processing
Receiving and unpacking samples/packages and organizing for review by product development team
Organizing Daily FedEx shipments and distributing daily packages received.
Organizing the office and assisting associates to optimize processes
Sorting and distributing communications in a timely manner
