Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is hiring Logistics CSR in San Bernardino, CA. 
 
Logistics Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
 

  • Required 3PL Logistics experience.
  • Manage customer inquiries in a positive and professional manner through effective product knowledge, customer engagement, and escalation as needed
  • Assist in creating and implementing customer experience and consumer outreach campaigns to drive revenue and visibility for clients
  • Direct sales and customer care with consumers who have shown signs of interest
  • Communicating ideas and problem solving effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Providing thoughtful solutions to inquiries and easing client and customer concerns.
  • Monitoring personal feedback as a customer service representative and working towards continuous improvement in your scores
  • Working efficiently with a team as well as on your own, in order to reach a goal
Requirements: 
  • 2-3+ years in a 3PL environment 
  • Typing - 40 WPM 
  • High School diploma or higher education 
  • Routing experience a plus
