Seeking an Executive Assistant to support multiple Senior level bankers (Directors & Managers) for a nationally recognized, investment banking firm in Minneapolis! This is a DIRECT HIRE role with a salary of $80-92K (+ up to a 25% annual bonus).

Job Description:

  • Provide exceptional executive support which includes managing appointment schedules and calendars by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
  • Coordinating special projects, events, and meetings; research options; coordinate and confirm reservations for travel, dining, lodging, rentals, transportation, events, couriers, other services; schedule meetings, luncheons and conferences; and plan and coordinate logistics!
  • Managing complex travel logistics which includes booking domestic and international travel arrangements including: airfare, hotel, and rental car
  • Support executive's origination efforts +Manage executive inbox, calendar and phone calls
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, communications, presentations and other documents
  • Establish professional relationships with key stakeholders of the company
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
  • Seeking someone who is self-motivated, process driven, and great with streamlining processes and finding efficiencies!
  • Bachelor's degree required; + 5-7 years of executive-level administrative support experience (C-level). Must have experience supporting more than 1 executive
  • Must have relatable industry experience - experience within the investment banking and financial services world is a must
  • Ability to interact effectively with management at all levels
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe PDF and research techniques
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Collaborative working style
  • Proficient in proofreading with strong attention to detail
