We have multiple DIRECT HIRE openings with a distribution company in the Minnetonka area that is looking to hire customer service representatives. In this role you'll be responsible for managing incoming phone calls from business customers, placing orders, setting up deliveries, and answering questions regarding billing/payments.
Customer Service Representative (Direct Hire)
- Respond to customer requests courteously; take appropriate and immediate action to satisfy the customer on the first inquiry.
- Schedule deliveries, installations and service calls, taking into account efficient use of company resources while offering customers viable options.
- Answer customer questions regarding billing and payments
- Maintain accurate and complete customer documentation.
- Maintain route system.
- Maintain security of all customer information and property.
- Maintain open and positive communication with other employees, departments and dealerships, and provide assistance where possible to support company-wide goals to exceed customers' expectations.
- 1 year of call center experience strongly preferred
- Working proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High School Diploma
