Job Duties/Description:
- Prepare, send, & update franchise agreement processes records
- Document & communicate between Franchise Development, Legal, & Operations teams
- Coordinate & process legal documents for brands
- Ensure all paperwork & transactions related to development, transfers, terminations, store closings,& relocations are completed properly
- Prepare letters, addendums, & agreements.
Requirements:- Associate's degree in Legal Support, Business, or related field, or comparable work experience
- 3 - 5 years practical working experience in a high-level administrative support role, preferably to Executive level staff and in a fast-paced environment
- Legal experience and/or knowledge of franchising is wanted
Additional Info:- Pay range: $50-60K
- Schedule: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday with an hour lunch
- Location: 100% onsite
- Type: Direct Hire with FULL benefits
