Inside Sales Representative

• Execute high volume of inside sales calls to qualify prospects and build relationships with current customers within your geographical territory
• 40 sales calls per day or 800 calls per month
• Learn and maintain an in-depth knowledge of all  products
• Input all calls and sales activities into CRM and use that information to follow up and target opportunities daily
• Ability to recommend a solution that best fits your customers' needs based on their budget and vision
• Communicate clearly with your customer through the entirety of the order process to ensure a smooth delivery and exceeded expectations
• Complete bids/quotes in a timely manner
• Plan, forecast and execute your individual budgeted goals
• Gather the necessary information to properly transition all orders into the Operations Department
• Understand and follow all policies and procedures
• Provide detailed projections to the Sales Supervisors: weekly, monthly, quarterly
• Provide immediate follow-up: phone calls, e-mails, bids, quotes, issues, etc.
• Accomplish other tasks as requested

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree OR 2+ years of inside sales experience
• Outgoing and positive attitude
• Excellent phone skills

Additional Information:

• Pay: $50K base + commission (Avg. first year earnings = $60k-$65k/yr.)
• Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8a-5p
• Type: Direct Hire
