Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is seeking Loan Servicing professionals for a TEMP TO HIRE position in Bethesda, Maryland. This positoin is full time and the hours are 9am-5pm Monday through Friday. This position WILL GO PERMANENT  for the right candidate. Hourly pay is starting at $26.50. Parking is paid or Metro will be reimbursed.

Duties include by may not be limited to:

• Assist on loan servicing inquiries regarding payment inquiries, transaction research, error resolution and general loan account questions.
• Initiates loan set-ups in system for new loans, renewals, and modifications; prepares files for new loans.
• Administration of insurance escrow accounts including canceling PMI and waiving or establishing escrow.
• Track, disburse and administer of hazard, flood, and mortgage insurance payments.
• Assist with annual escrow analysis review and distribution.
• Tracks and pays real estate taxes, property insurance, etc. from escrow accounts.
• Tracks and audits loans on the tax service, flood certifications, and delinquent tax report. Accurate issuance of mortgage payoff statements.
• Posting of various mortgage payment types daily.
• UCC Tracking. Process renewals and terminations.
• Sends mortgages and satisfactions for recording.
• Complete loan file audits including documentation review.
• Review daily loan reports as needed.
• Remain informed of changes in Bank policies, procedures, and products.
• Other projects and/or duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must have prior BANKING loan servicing experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Good accounting skills
• Strong working knowledge familiarity with MS Office especially Word and Excel
• Team player mentality, strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communincation skills
