Ultimate Staffing is hiring a Sales/ Customer service coordinator in Ontario, CA.

Brief Summary of Position:
  This role will work with existing and new customers to introduce MMW offerings, drive opportunities, coordinate order entry of customer purchase orders, new business request for quotes (RFQ), pricing, and return material authorizations requests (RMA's).

Essential Functions of the Position

  • Performs direct sales activities to consistently meet/exceed overall sales goals.
  • Develop strong relationships with customer base to understand needs and provides the best solutions.
  • Ability to regularly follow-up with the customer on sales activities.
  • Support sales channel by:
  • Providing product pricing, availability, technical inquiries, and order status.
  • Facilitate communications between customers, applications, engineering, planning
or production.
  • Manage all sales-related steps from RFQ's to shipping documentation.
  • Responds to order status inquiries from end customers.
  • Calibration and Repair
  • Provides calibration pricing & lead-times.
  • Issue RMAs to customers.
  • Completes, manages, and process all reports.
  • Communicate with the customers regarding repair charges and status.
  • Creates outbound shipping paperwork.
  • Represents sales at various C&R meetings.
  • RMA's -Engages with Engineering to help support customers.
  • Keysight-Malaysia Support - Main point of contact
  • Main point of internal communications, contact for orders, RMAs, technical questions, and all general inquiries.
  • Ensure all open items are tracked and followed up on in a timely manner.
  • Perform clerical duties in the sales department when required.
  • Complies with Company Safety Policies and Quality Management System AS9100 & ISO17025
  • All other duties as assigned.
Requirements (education, prior work experience, special skills, etc.)
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years in sales and customer service experience required.
  • Must have strong computer skills. Proficient in Outlook and MS Office.
  • Requires knowledge of ERP systems and CRM experience. Knowledge of AS400 and Salesforce  a plus.
  • Creative, dependable, objective thinker and highly motivated.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner.
