Job Description

We have a full-time opening for a Customer Service Representative! This is a permanent, full-time position! 
Hours: M-F 9-5:30 or 9:30-6
We also have one weekend only shift available (Sat and Sun 10a-630p)
Pay: $19-$20/hour

Job Duties/Description:

  • Answer Inbound phone calls
  • Perform outbound service calls
  • Outbound calls to book services and renew memberships
  • Schedule appointments
  • Dispatching technicians out for emergency service
  • Input data quickly and accurately
  • Document the calls in an appropriate manner
  • Provide outstanding customer service

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong attention to detail, prioritizing and multi-tasking
  • Confident, happy, upbeat personality
  • Call center experience a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
