Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is seeking strong, experienced Customer Service Specialists for a TEMP TO PERM position with our client in Montgomery County Maryland. This is a full time position with pay starting at $19 per hour and depending on experience.

Duties include, but may not be limited to:

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Answer phone and email inquiries after the sales process has been completed
  • Follow up with clients as necessary to ensure complete customer satisfaction
  • Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Requirements:
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Excellent communication, written and verbal
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Strong team player
