Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee construction projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
 

• Develop and oversee project plans and schedules, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage the project team, including subcontractors and vendors, to ensure everyone is on task and on schedule.
• Identify and manage project risks, including monitoring and reporting on project progress to senior management.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
• Manage project budgets, including preparing cost estimates and tracking expenses.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Identify and manage project changes and ensure all stakeholders are informed.
• Ensure quality control on all project deliverables.
• Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
• Oversee project closeout and ensure all project documentation is complete.

Requirements:
 

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles, practices, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
