Job Description

Position Title: Extrusion Operator

Work location: Cannon Falls, MN 55009
Hours: 3rd shift: 10:40pm to 7:30am
Compensation: $20.00 and hour with $1.50 shift differential
Type: Direct Hire

Job Duties/Description:

• Set up and tear down line
• Monitor progress
• Help solve problems
• Quality Check
• Read blueprints
• Follow safety standards and policies

Qualifications:

• High School and or GED equivalent
•  Drug test required
• No background require

Perks:

• $3 dollar extra an hour for good attendance
• $1500 sign on bonus paid out over a year (60 days, 6 months and 1 year)
• $150 offer toward steel toe boots
• 3% to 5% Quarterly bonuses
• Yearly bonuses are paid out every April
• Lots of company outings such as sport events and etc!
