One of Oregon's top employers has engaged our firm in their search for a Customer Care Specialist. The person in this role will be responsible for a wide range of Customer Service duties. Job Title: Customer Care Specialist
Salary: $19-$19.50

Schedule: Monday-Friday
Location: Tigard, OR (On-Site)

Requirements - What Matters Most

• 2+ years of client-based services experience required
• Excellent customer service skills via email correspondence and phone
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to type 30+ words a minute
• Comfortable dealing with heavy call volume

Key Responsibilities

• Handling member issues via email and phone
• Use multiple computer applications to enter data
• Complete office and administrative tasks as assigned
• Ability to serve as traffic control for incoming customer needs
• Passion for customer service and helping people
