You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to all incoming customers and vendors via phone, email, and in-person. Previous experience working as a Receptionist is highly desired. Position: Receptionist 
Pay Range: $18 - $20 per hour (based on experience) 
Location: Tualatin, OR 
Type: Temporary to Hire 

General Qualifications + Duties:  

• Minimum 1+ year of Receptionist or Administrative experience
• Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented 
• Organized, resourceful, and detail oriented 
• Able to multitask and complete tasks within a timely manner 
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to take initiative 
• File and maintain records as needed 
• Proficient with computers and software
• Maintain a clean and inviting lobby at all times and order general office supplies
