Job Duties/Description:
- Answer and screen phone calls, direct calls, respond to inquiries, and e-mails in a positive, professional manner.
- Conduct warm sales and follow up with warm leads
- Meeting planning
- Provide exceptional customer service to volunteers, affiliate organization's board and members, customers, and foundation with accurate information.
- Provides high-level administrative and clerical support including processing and data entry of applications, heavy phone work, emails and correspondence, mailings, and fax.
- Word processing, preparing mass mailings to membership; following up inquiries made via phone/email.
- Maintaining records (electronic and hard copy filing system).
Requirements:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Experience with online communications, Social Media, and Zoom is a plus
- Minimum of two years administrative/clerical experience required
- Detail-oriented, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- High School Diploma; Post-secondary education preferred
