Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Representative in the Guilford, CT area. This position is a temp to hire opportunity with a great company looking to grow their team!
Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize large amounts of customer opportunities/concerns simultaneously
- Provide product/services information and resolve any emerging issues with accuracy and efficiency
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product, service, support and suggest alternatives when appropriate
- Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures
- Resolve disputed credit items
- Set up new customer accounts
- Organize workflow to meet customer time frames and deadlines
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
Job Requirements:- 2-5 years' experience in Customer Service
- Detail oriented
- Organized
- Must have a strong phone presence and present professionally
