Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a candidate with experience in office administration to join a well-established non-profit organization in Bethesda, MD. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the a professional environment and an excellent understanding of administrative procedures. In this role you will work directly with executive team members to provide support to employees and coordinate daily office operations.

On site opportunity in Bethesda, MD
Direct Hire, permanent opening
$50K-$60K salary based upon experience 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the central point of contact for office personnel
  • Write professional correspondence for outgoing newsletters and emails 
  • Maintain company calendar and keep highly organized systems 
  • Manage incoming correspondence via phone and email
  • Organize staff meetings, holiday events, and employee recognition
  • Enter employee information into record keeping 
  • Compose correspondence and reports for the executive team members
  • Prepare mail and packages, order office supplies, and office equipment
  • Prepare documents for new and exiting employees including benefits, training manuals, and exit interviews
  • Assist in the preparation of staff meetings and document creation
Experience & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred 
  • At least 2 years of professional administrative experience
  • MS Office Skills to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
  • Ability to juggle multiple duties and department priorities 
  • The ability to build relationships with executive leadership and employees
  • Excellent attention to detail
