Direct Hire, permanent opportunity
Fully in office in Potomac, MD 
$60K-$65K salary based upon experience
Comprehensive benefits package included

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and manage incoming calls
  • Data entry and organization of reports - must have excellent attention to detail
  • Assist multiple departments in the coordination of communication
  • Schedule Zoom meetings and setup meeting logistics 
  • Support in the creation of marketing materials to include newsletters, flyers, and email campaigns 
  • Communicate with executive and support team members via phone and email
  • Create reports across MS Office Suite platforms
  • Check documentation and internal notes for accuracy
  • Take messages and meeting notes as needed
  • Provide executive team support as needed
Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree required 
  • At least 3 years of administrative experience in a professional environment
  • Professional communication skills via phone and email are essential
  • Excellent MS Office proficiency to include Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Ability to work collaboratively within an administrative team
