Job Description

Ultimate Staffing has partnered with a growing business in Gambrills MD that is looking for an Part Time Office Manager. They are looking for someone to come in and help take them to the next level, if you are that person please apply! 

Duties: 

  • Support company executive with calendar and file management
  • Limited HR Support
  • Assist with payroll
  • Expense tracking
  • Assist with financial tracking 
  • General admin duties assigned
  • Coordinate staff lunches, meetings, and events
Qualifications: 
  • QuickBooks knowledge
  • MS Suite knowledge
  • Construction, Engineering, or other relatable industry background experience plus
  • Timemanagement 
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • 2 years is Senior Administrative or Office Manager role.

Monday thru Friday hours flexible 
$20 to $26 an hour depending on experience
