Job Description
A local privately-owned family company that has been around for over 70 years is growing and looking to add a Clinical Coordinator their team in Everett, WA. As a family and employee owned company they operate the nation's largest independent gas manufacturer/distributor of welding, safety, medical equipment and supplies.
An ideal candidate will be have excellent communication, highly detail oriented, comfortable working with various clients.
The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of all Category II and III equipment set-ups and staff scheduling.
- Location: Everett, WA - ON-SITE Role
- Pay: $21 - $23 / DOE
- Shift: Monday - Friday / 8:30am - 5pm

Clinical Coordinator Qualifications- Previous home care experience is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent phone demeanor
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and over 50 lbs occasionally to a height of 36 inches
Clinical Coordinator Responsibilities- Work with patients, physicians, therapists, insurance companies, and referral sources to optimize the equipment needs for clients
- Obtain necessary documentation and authorizations required for equipment coverage
- Assist with clinical, sales support, and home transition staff, as necessary
- Assist customer service staff to coordinate respiratory-related discharges
- Coordinate RT/Clinician schedules and patient set-ups, answer and route clinical staff/patient communication
- Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary
