Ultimate Staffing is looking for a Kitter/Packager to join a FANTASTIC Medical Device Manufacturer in San Jose, CA!!

• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• Start ASAP
• 25/hr

Position Overview:
The position will primarily perform the physical and administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and order fulfillment of products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment.  Opportunities to work alongside senior logistic & supply chain team members to gain valuable professional growth skillsets.
 
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

• Opportunity to gain experience to support logistics management and work directly with our external partners.
• Package and prepare products and merchandise for final shipment.
• May need to lift heavy items (~25-40 pounds).
• Prepare and maintain records of product shipped.
• Review customer orders, examine stock, and distribute products and materials in inventory warehouse or manufacturing lines.
• Inspect shipments/parts per specifications (packing list / C of C).
• Cycle count / manage inventory levels and identify shortages.
• Kit materials per work orders.

 
Requirements/Qualifications:

• Initiative-taking, energetic, dependable, honest, and thorough.
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills required.
• Ability to change direction and manage multiple responsibilities and tasks on a regular basis.
• Team attitude; eager to cooperate with others with exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
