  • Pay range: $50K-$55K + benefits
  • Schedule: M-F 8-hour shift - around 8:00am- 4:30 pm
  • Location: 100% In-Office
  • Type: Direct hire

Job Duties/Description:
  • Receives orders by phone, e-mail and EDI.
  • Processes orders and quotes, enters into computer and follows production and dropship guidelines.
  • Verifies pricing, discounts, billing and shipping addresses, credit status, and informs customers of any problems.
  • Notifies customers of product backorders and anticipates availability.
  • Prioritize work and manage workload to ensure all orders are processed on time.
  • Processes customer returns. Determines nature and reason for return and assesses whether product is returnable.
  • Corrects and reships correct items and documents transaction.
  • Manages all communication with customers and internal departments.
  • Resolves questions, requests, and problems promptly and courteously.
  • Keeps customers informed of company policies, procedures, and status of their orders and accounts.
  • Coordinates with the Accounting Department regarding customer credit status.
  • Minimum 1- 2+ years of B2B customer service/ order entry experience.
  • Enthusiastic and confident communicator with a great phone presence and active listening skills.
  • Exceptional technical problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to make quick decisions in an environment where there are multiple priorities and requests.
  • Self-starter, self-motivated and consistently performs at a high level.
  • Excellent team player with a positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile!
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Business math proficiency for purposes of pricing, margin analysis, and quotations.
  • High level of proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Office. CRM and ERP experience a definite plus.
  • Previous experience with Sage 100 or comparable ERP system is preferred but not required.
