Great Opportunity to work as an Inbound/Non-Selling Customer Service Agent for a Global Auto Supply Chain company in Fountain Valley, CA - Hybrid Schedule (2 days in office)
Very Fast Paced Environment - Need 3 New Hires!
$22/hr - Fast Paced and very Team Oriented
- Manage high volume of customer calls and emails 100+/day - Need to THINK/TALK/TYPE
- Work closely with dealers to ensure the customers' desired expectations are exceeded
- Provide parts technical assistance to dealerships/customers (wll train!)
POSITION REQUIREMENTS- 2-4 years of call center (inbound) customer service experience
- Excellent customer service skills are mandatory
