Support Services Supervisor
Location: La Jolla, CA
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 530pm, potential over-time as needed
Salary: $80 - $90K

Under the general supervision of the Office Administrator, the Support Services Supervisor is responsible for the coordination and supervision of the mailroom, copy/printing services, reception desk, food service, facilities functions, and oversees all support services staff in the San Diego office. In addition, the Supervisor will act as liaison between the Office Administrator and the office's facilities, landlord and vendors.
The Supervisor is expected to demonstrate initiative, set priorities for the departments, ensure timely and accurate completion of assignments, and oversee compliance by those with Firm and Office policies and procedures. The Supervisor is expected to maintain expertise in the tasks or services provided by the staff and to work on, as well as delegate, tasks assigned to the team. Further, the Supervisor is expected to serve as a positive role model for the assigned staff, providing on-the-job training and mentoring and promoting staff development. Responsibilities include backup of Support Services functions such as, reception relief, mail, copy/printing and fax services, and other duties as assigned.
Responsible for 2 direct reports (mail room and catering) and 1 in-direct report (receptionist)
