Professional Customer Service Representative - Established medical clinic is hiring for a Customer Service Representative in Glendale CA. The organization is seeking for an individual that is a professional team player with an outgoing personality that demonstrates great customer service skills, communication skills, and multi-tasker.

Responsibilities:
- Heavy phones and email correspondence
- Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information.
- Administrative duties may be assigned
- Assess customer's needs to achieve customer satisfaction
- Approaches, greets, and offers assistance or direction to any customer
- Addresses customer concerns and issues or escalates them as needed
Qualifications:- 1 year customer service experience in office setting
- Problem solving skills
- Data entry and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills
