Job Description

Ultimate Staffing has partnered with an organization that is based in Hanover, MD that is looking to bring some life into the office! They are looking with someone that has a go getter attitude, and bubbly personality. There is room for growth in this organization. If this would be a right fit for you apply today! 

Location: Hanover, Maryland; 100% on site
Hours: Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm
Pay: $18 an hour to $21 an hour based upon experience

Duties:

  • Assisting with data entry, collections, and other various departments
  • Assisting with clients and customers
  • Answering phone and emails
  • Helping with interdepartmental communication
  • Filing, reports, and scheduling meetings as needed.
  • Other administrative duties

Qualifications:
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Proficient computer skills
  • 1 to 2 years office setting experience
  • 1 to 2 years customer service experience
  • Highly organized
