Our client, located in St. Clair County, IL area, is looking for a Recruiter to join their growing organization! The ideal candidate will have a head-hunting mentality, have experience successfully building pipelines within a niche industry and smaller organization.   

Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Belleville, IL- Hybrid
Status: Direct Hire
Schedule: Mon - Fri, Days
Compensation: $50,000 - 60,000 based on experience

Overview of Recruiter:
 

• Full-cycle recruitment to fill and retain job openings with talent.
• Create and utilize creative sourcing strategies to attract industry-specific talent.
• Extend offers to candidates and manage on-boarding process including pre-employment/background screening, verifying certifications, etc.
• Assist and direct current employees with questions related to benefits, payroll, retirement accounts, etc.  to appropriate contact with 3rd part HR vendor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
• Must have 3+ years of Full-Cycle Recruiting and Sourcing experience.
• Must have proven success creating and maintaining candidate pipelines for timely job order fills.
