Job Description
- Ultimate Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Assistant for a temporary role in Frederick, MD. This position provides essential administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. This position is full time and fully in office. The hourly pay rate will range from $20-22 depending on experience.
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Greet and assist visitors
- Assist with data entry and filing
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Support other staff with administrative tasks as needed
- Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous administrative or office experience is a plus but not required
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), seeking solid Excel skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
