This is a potential position to expand and grow your skills and career. In the HR coordinator role you will be an HR Assistant as well as working with the Operations team. This is a temp to perm position with hours of operations 8am-4pm. Monday - Friday.  Apply Now for a January Start!  

  • In this role you will provide administrative and clerical support in the Human Resources Department including maintaining employee files, publication of factory information, and coordinating personnel files
  • Proficient computer skills, especially in Windows-based systems Microsoft Word and Excel, and internet explorer-based applications
  • The HR Coordinator also prepares reports (headcount, trending, compiling totals,) from various systems as required
  • You will also coordinate records retention, HR systems, mailroom duties, and support of other departments as required
  • Process hourly payroll using ADP Workforce
  • Process attendance for the hourly workforce
  • Provides customer service on a variety of HR topics to all employees
  • Provides excellent customer service to personnel
