A local non-profit based in Seattle, WA is looking to add a Human Resources Coordinator to support their HR team! If you're looking to utilize your administrative --this role might be the one for you!
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will support the Benefits & HRIS Administrator with key operational processes, such as preparing new hire packets, onboarding new employees, processing payroll changes, updating HRIS data, administering benefits, and generating reports.

In this Human Resources Coordinator role, you will:

  • Create and run reports for auditing, reconciliations, and the retrieval, compilation, and analysis of staff data for internal and external requests
  • Collaborate with the Executive Assistant to the Chief Operations Officer in maintaining the organizational chart(s) and update as needed
  • Assist with maintaining employment law compliance by updating notices and postings
  • Assist with annual open enrollment and other cyclical events or requirements, as needed
  • Update information in HRIS, such as new hires, status changes, pay changes, transfers, and separations according to payroll processing schedules and ensuring all information is completed and accurate
  • The HR Coordinator ensures the delivery of quality, timely and accurate information while maintaining confidentiality, as required

Human Resources Coordinator Requirements:
  • Associate degree or an equal combination of education and relevant work experience
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in Human Resources or general administrative support in a high-volume, customer service-environment
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
Pay: $22-26
Schedule: Monday - Friday, no weekends!
