Ultimate Staffing is seeking bilingual Business Analysts who are #readytowork in the South Miami area.  The ideal candidate will be able to support operations by working directly with the sales team to provide up to date information on all company sales analysis as directed by management.   • Business analysis of all company sales by channel and as directed by management
  • Create monthly sales & inventory reports
  • Weekly Retailers Category Analysis & Retail Link reporting; Assist in development of Annual Category Review Presentations; Analyze annual Nielsen Data; Work in Conjunction with Retailer's Replenishment Team
  • Provide monthly forecast for assigned territories to the manufacturing team
  • Development and deployment of third-party distributor Net Confidential Price List, annually
  • Management Largest Retailers in USA and all internet sales initiatives of the company
  • Consolidates Corporate Sales Budget
  • Management of pricing analysis, results, and contract fulfillment
  • Utilize the CRM/ERP system to provide customized reports and analysis for sales personnel and sales management
  • Consolidate marketing intelligence with regards to the competitive landscape for all of the company's product as well as  retail prices of the products in the OTC channel of the company's business

  • Bilingual, English & Spanish a must
  • Strong and experienced stand - alone analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills - able to inspire and train resources
  • Experience developing tools and models for analysis such as forecasting model, targeting tool, tender management, etc.
  • BS/BA degree in Computer Science, MIS, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1-2 Years Customer Service, years field sales experience, or sales operations with understanding of field sales job function experience
  • 2 Years' experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • 2 Years' experience working with an ERP system similar to Traverse is preferred but not required
  • Advanced Excel skills - Pivot Tables, V-Look-up, etc...
  • Proficiency in all other MS Office Suite products
  • An aptitude for working with custom software systems
  • Travel once per year overseas
