Ultimate Staffing is recruiting for a Development Manager for a Non-Profit Organization in Baltimore, Maryland! This is a full time, hybrid-schedule, Direct Hire position. Key Responsibilities

• Planning and management of multi-family real estate development projects
• Coordination of the financing of the affordable housing with Low Income Housing Tax Credits, HOME, EDBG, and other local state, and federal financial sources
• Coordination with other city agencies in connection with land entitlement process and infrastructure needs
• Analysis, review, and presentation of options and strategies while determining and realistic budget and schedule for the project
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, cash flow projections, and project schedules
• Present progress reports to supervisor, senior leadership team, Board of Directors, and Board committees as needed
• Act as a liaison between HABC, the city's Department of Housing and Community Development, and other city or state agencies working on the project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred with preference to a focus on urban planning, real estate development, business administration, public administration
• Experience working on development projects associated with affordable housing, low or mixed-income housing, community development
• Financial acumen to manage budgets and analysis of project financials
• Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft office, Excel
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy

Compensation and Hours

• Salary range is about 90-100k depending on experience with benefits to include health, vision, dental, life insurance, short-term disability insurance, tuition reimbursement
• This is a Direct Hire position
• This position is in-office on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, with an option to work from home Thursday and Friday
