Participant Services Representative
$18.00 Per Hour

A benefits support company is seeking representatives to take inbound calls from members to verify insurance coverage and advise on billing policies and procedures. They are hiring primarily for 2 different shifts: 

  • 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (PT)
  • 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (PT)
  • Minimum 1-year contact center experience (remote or onsite)
  • Strong customer service skills (problem-solving, empathy, patience, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills (speaking, writing, spelling, grammar)
  • Ability to work in a high-paced environment
  • Benefits industry experience (COBRA, FSA, HSA, 401k...)
  • Aptitude to learn quickly
  • Proven record for accountability and dependability
  • Bi-Lingual (Spanish) is always a plus
