Great Century City-based company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team!

Job Description:
* Answer phone inquiries and serve as the primary email contact for general email inquiries
* Maintain filing
* Assist with scheduling and calendaring of meetings
* Help prepare materials including (but not limited to): sample memos and emails, newsletters, calendars, forms, and other event announcements
* Actively interact with the community by participating in ongoing meetings
* Draft statements for yourself for use in public forums
* Assist with general campaign activities including capturing daily website visits and other relevant data, recruitment of participants and sponsors, and troubleshooting needs
* Other duties as assigned

· 2+ years of office management or administrative experience
· Computer/tech-savvy

Salary: Up to $24/hour
