Job Title: Customer Service & Warranty Support Specialist

Location: St. Louis, MO

Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Possible shift to 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM based on department needs)

Job Status: Temp to Hire

Pay Rate: $18- $22/hr based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceptional Customer Service: Handle all inbound calls and emails with professionalism and care.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records for claims and troubleshooting.
  • Scheduling and Follow-Up: Schedule technicians for warranty repairs and consistently follow up on open issues.
  • Order Processing: Manage orders, changes, and returns according to established procedures.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on service failures and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of products and communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and team members.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), CRM software, and ERP systems.
  • Attributes: Positive attitude, strong teamwork, and excellent communication skills.

As a Customer Service & Warranty Support Specialist, You'll:

  • Provide exceptional service for all inbound calls and emails.
  • Prepare documentation for claims and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain accurate records for processing claims.
  • Schedule technicians for warranty repairs and follow up on open issues.
  • Correspond with customers and process orders/changes/returns.
  • Provide feedback on service failures and customer complaints.
  • Recommend improvements in products and services to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Prior experience with ERP is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
