Location: Jessup, MD
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Pay: $18-$22/hourly based on experience
Responsibilities:
* Serve as a point of contact between employees, clients, and external partners. Facilitate effective communication within the organization.
* Maintain accurate records, perform data entry tasks, and organize important documents. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
* Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
* Assist in HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and coordinating employee events.
* Assist in basic financial tasks, such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and managing petty cash.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar role.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
