Job Description

I am looking for Call Center Representatives for a full-time position in Torrance. This is for a Flagship company in Healthcare. Will Start in January, don't miss this opportunity to have a new job in the NEW YEAR!!!
Duties: 

• Answer an average of 100 calls daily
• Assist patients with appointment scheduling
• Assist providers with referral processing
• Provide patients with medical coverage details

Requirements:

• 1+years' experience in Call Center OR Medical Field
• Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
