Location: Remote
Pay Rate: $36.66/hr.
Duration: 4 Months
Shift (if applicable): M-F 1st Shift 8:00am - 5:00pm
Description/Comment:
Person in this position will become quickly familiar with the IDN data for the organization and will participate in cleansing the data and prepare it for use in multiple downstream processes.
Must be able to:
* Ability to manage individual tasks with some guidance and flag project risks as they are identified.
* Identify, analyze, assess, document, and communicate potential quality issues in the way data is collected, stored, processed, or used
* Execute data cleansing programmatically where needed
* Translate stakeholder requirements to potential data transformation or alignment needs
* Create and execute plans for the maintenance of the data integrity based on findings from root cause analysis
* Perform analysis and communicate trends and patterns in the data
* Apply fundamental and some advanced concepts, practices and procedures for problem-solving
Hard skills necessary:
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; primarily Excel
* Proficient with business intelligence tools (Power BI preferred)
* Familiar with ETL/ELT, pipeline creation, orchestration, & data store/warehouse/systems architecture.
* Proficient in least one programming language central to Data Engineering (e.g. SQL/Python/R/Spark).
· Familiar with DataOps, DevOps, and/or SecOps.
Education and experience:
* Bachelor's degree required. Major in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Information Systems, or similar technical degree preferred
* 4+ years of work experience required
Additional Job Details:
Should be familiar with IDN/GPO data, bonus would be familiarity with Model N and Definitive. Must be able to query SQL database.
