Client in Los Angeles is seeking an Human Resources Coordinator to work onsite
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Remote or In Office: In Office
Hours: M-F 8am-5pm

Job Title: HR Coordinator
Pay: $20/hr-$23/hr
Duration: temporary to hire
Job Description: The primary purpose of this position is to perform various professional administrative and clerical duties directly related to human resource activities.
Responsibilities:
* Accurately maintains employee databases and personnel files. Ensures updates to the database and file documents by the end of each Friday.
* Procure documentation required for personnel files from staff, ensuring compliance with applicable audit standards.
* Prepares documentation for various human resource changes and actions; reviews completed forms for signatures, proper entries, and appropriate information.
* Documents all employee training in the employee database and ensure annual staff training requirements are met.
* Processes employee terminations, ensuring proper documentation in the personnel file.
* Provides weekly status updates regarding new hires, terminations, and other employee changes to management and key stakeholders.

* Communicates benefits information to current and prospective employees.
* Assists employees with the benefits enrollment process and monitors completion within timeframes.
Requirements:
* Experience with Microsoft Suite, Teams, and SharePoint
* Knowledge of Paycom is strongly preferred
* 2+ years of experience
* Non-profit experience is nice to have
