Job Description

We are assisting a client searching for a Supervisor to manage six (6) Recruiters for a long term contract. The role will be onsite at the Corporate office in Orange County. Looking for a candidate with strong leadership and project management experience. $43+/hr.

• Lead the team of recruiters and create positive and innovative culture
• Consistently prioritize/reprioritize all job openings
• Manage communication between department managers and recruiters
• Handle all projects in a timely manner
• Manage compiance issues
• Train and engage with the recruiting team

Requirements:

• 4+ years of managing a team of Recruiters
• Bachelors degree is highly desired
• Advanced Excel skills
