Junior Recruiter / Onboarding Specialist
$20 - $22 depending on experience
Ultimate Staffing is working with a fast-growing organization seeking a Junior Recruiter / Onboarding Specialist near to the Pasadena, Maryland area. Hybrid work schedule. Opportunity for growth!

Description:

• Source candidates thru online job boards
• Review resumes and conduct phone screenings
• Schedule interviews with department managers
• Follow up on certifications and background checks
• Track applicants in excel
• Assist with the creation on employee files
• Ensure that all onboarding paperwork is complete prior to orientation

Requirements:

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google docs
• Experience reviewing W4 and I-9 forms
• Professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Extreme attention to detail
