We are seeking a CRM Specialist with at least 1 year of professional experience for a FAST-GROWING Consumer Goods company in Irvine, CA! **We are ONLY seeking candidates who can start Full-Time IMMEDIATELY (and will NOT require 2-week notice at current employer).**

Job Type: Fully onsite in Irvine, CA

Schedule: 8:00AM-5:00PM, Mon-Fri

Job Type: Temp-To-Hire (opportunity for permanent hire after 3-6 months)

Scope of the Role: The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be the main point of contact for customer communication via phone, email and online chat support. Additionally, you will be performing administrative duties such as data entry, scheduling, placing work orders, account management, and processing invoices.


  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Data entry into an internal CRM system
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Attending workshops and meetings as required
  • Obtaining and sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments so that products and services can be improved
  • Assist with special projects as needed


  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred (NOT required)
  • 1+ years of professional Customer Service or Customer Support experience
  • 1 year of CRM software experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
