Job Description

We have multiple openings throughout the Tamp Bay Area in multiple insurance offices. They are seeking experience customer service representatives to assist their customers with their insurance claims. The ideal candidate will have to have patience, kid glove service, and show empathy. The customers calling in may have lost a family member/ friend, important belongings, and/ or their home due to catastrophic weather.

Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls and gathering the information needed for adjusters
• Entering information into their data base
• General administrative duties

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable working with dual monitors
• Must be capable of utilizing MS Office, Outlook , Word, and Excel
• Must be comfortable speaking with upset customers
• Must show empathy to customers
• Must be able to handle customers with "KID Gloves"

Pay: $17- $19/ hour

Hours: Varying Shifts offered throughout the week, with some rotating weekends

Locations: Pinellas and Hillsborough County
