Job Title: Document Control Clerk - (Temporary Project)

Location: Folsom, CA

Duration: Estimated 90 Days

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Pay: $21.50 hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Clerk to join our client in Folsom for a temporary project. This position will involve managing and organizing loan documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and supporting the loan processing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and organize loan documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • File and maintain loan records in both physical and electronic formats
  • Assist with the preparation and scanning of documents for digital storage
  • Update and maintain loan documentation databases
  • Coordinate with the loan processing team to ensure timely and accurate document management
  • Perform data entry and verification tasks as needed
  • Respond to document retrieval requests from the loan processing team
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration or related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in document management, clerical work, or within a loan department is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills
