Ultimate Staffing is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to join a growing company in the Portsmouth, NH area.

Temp to hire opportunity: After successfully completing 3+ months of employment, you will be eligible to become a full time employee with our client and have access to their benefit program (includes medical, dental, 401k, tuition reimbursement and more...).

Base Pay Rate: $15.00-16.00 per hour plus shift differentials where applicable

Commission Program: With one of the best bonus programs in the industry, the average associate earns between $17.00-23.00 per hour, with top earners making well above that! You start earning commissions on the first dollar you collect with uncapped earning potential! Commissions are paid bi-monthly.

Shifts available:

Monday- Friday 11:30AM-8:00PM

Monday- Friday 10:00AM-6:30PM

Monday- Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM

Monday- Friday 9:00AM-5:30PM

Training will be conducted Monday- Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM, for the first three (3) weeks.

Responsibilities include:

• Responding to routine consumer questions (calls) on behalf of our clients.
• You will be provided with complete training and user-friendly scripts to guide you through each telephone call.
• To be successful, you will need to always maintain a customer service demeanor.
• You will be thoroughly trained to negotiate the best possible payment arrangements and/or provide direction to help resolve consumer disputes.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Pre-employment screening (criminal background check and drug screen)
• Call Center and/or Customer Service experience preferred, but not required; we will train you!
• Bilingual communication is a plus!
• Strong communication skills, friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with consumers
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable transportation
