Administrative Assistant

Mission Valley- 100% ONSITE

Temp to hire

$21hr-$23hr

M-F 730AM-4PM

Knowledge, Skill and Experience:

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products, ie. Word, Excel.

Strong organization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Great attitude, coachable, and high attention to detail

  1. Answer multi-line phones, process/distribute incoming mail, process outgoing mail, schedule appointments, and manager Partner calendars.
  2. Greet and handle clients in person, through email, and on the phone
  3. Handle reconciliation projects on a monthly basis and any additional one-off projects given by the Tax Department
