Call Center - Starting Immediately $22.00

Location: Chanhassen, Minnesota

Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Pay: $22.00/hr.

Job Duties/Description:

· Answer high volume of incoming calls from individuals involved in various settlements.

· Investigate and answer claimant questions as received while observing excellent customer service skills.

· Data entry duties to transcribe phone calls.

· Assist with troubleshooting data irregularities.

· Do callbacks to individuals who left voicemails.

· Able to maintain a high level of accuracy and effectively resolve calls.

· Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database.

· Help with Invoicing as needed.

Requirements:

· H.S. Diploma or equivalent

· Candidate that shows confidence to quickly learn the job and grasp details.

· Must have excellent attendance and be reliable.

· Minimum 1 year of call center experience or office experience (Spanish Bilingual is a plus)

· Proficient with Microsoft Office

· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a polite and pleasant demeanor.
